Mail your completed forms to CGCT-Rauscher Farm Fund, P.O. Box 683, Clinton, MA 01510. Completed forms should include a personal check or indicate electronic payment for your total donation. As a sponsor of one or more honorees your name will appear in the special supporter section of Clinton's Roll of Honor Book. You also have the option to remain anonymous should you wish.
